By accessing and using ToDaMoon ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ToDaMoon.

All our services are developed based on Web3 platforms, blockchain ecosystems, or other related digital technologies. We cannot predict changes or updates to these platforms. All estimated data regarding service start times, delivery speeds, and drop rates are for reference only and do not guarantee accuracy at the time of your order.

4. Delivery Policy

4.1 Delivery Times

• We do not guarantee specific delivery times for any service, as this depends on current order volume and updates to relevant Web3 or blockchain platforms
• We only provide best-time estimates, which are not binding
• If you have urgent needs, please do not purchase our services

4.2 Order Cancellation

• Within the estimated delivery time described in the service, we do not accept cancellation requests and cannot immediately cancel orders
• Please carefully consider your needs before placing an order
• For orders with incorrect links, we do not provide cancellation or refunds. The system will automatically process and deliver such orders
• Please carefully verify links and requirements before purchasing

5.1 Account Requirements

• Before placing an order, your relevant links must be completely public
• Do not restrict interactions, set country limitations, or make accounts private, as this may affect service delivery
• We do not guarantee that 100% of delivery accounts will have complete profiles, details, or avatars, although we strive to make accounts more realistic

5.2 Service Compatibility

• Our services are evaluated by quantity counting by default
• Do not purchase the same service from other providers simultaneously, as this may cause quantity conflicts
• We are not responsible for and do not provide refunds for such conflicts
• Different options for similar services may run on different servers with varying execution methods or account types, resulting in different prices and effects

5.3 Platform Responsibility

ToDaMoon is not responsible for account suspensions, content deletions, or other actions by Web3 platforms, blockchain networks, or social media platforms. If you have concerns, please do not purchase our services.

6. After-Sales Policy

6.1 Services Without After-Sales Support

Services without after-sales support do not provide drop replenishment. Some drop-prone services may partially or completely drop during delivery, 1 second, 1 minute, or 1 day after completion, and no replenishment will be provided.

6.2 Services With After-Sales Support

• Services with after-sales support can provide replenishment during the specified after-sales period
• Replenishment time depends on current order volume and corresponding platform risk control situations
• You must request replenishment during the after-sales period
• Replenishment covers the order delivery range (start count to completion count) by default
• Counts below the start number or above the completion number will not be replenished
• We do not accept disputes like "some followers were brought by my own traffic"
• Unless specifically stated, replenishment is based on order record ranges

6.3 Replenishment Limitations

• After-sales support only applies to the original link provided when ordering; modified new links are not supported
• Do not attempt to fraudulently obtain replenishment by changing usernames or other methods
• Services allow a certain drop rate (usually 10%)
• If the drop quantity is too small (no specific standard, e.g., a few or dozens of followers), the system may not guarantee replenishment
• If your pre-purchase base count is too large or far exceeds the purchase quantity, we do not guarantee replenishment even if the service has after-sales support, as we cannot determine the source of drops

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

In no event shall ToDaMoon, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
